Reel Action Media was founded by Mike Nelson and Henry Harrison to fill a need for affordable, high quality promotional films. RAM produces HD quality films for DVD and web distribution but also distributes high quality media in partnership with other producers from around the world.
Mike Nelson
Mike Nelson has years of successful entrepreneurial experience under his belt. Having sold a successful business in Seattle, he took a couple of years to tour the globe, settling down in Argentina where he helped found a flourishing fly fishing outfitter service Esquel Outfitters where he spent his Northern Winters. In the summers, he travels back to the US to conduct promotional and marketing events. Mike runs the business operation and marketing for Reel Action Media.
Henry Harrison
Henry Harrison chose to leave a successful career in Information Technology to pursue his love of filmmaking. He met Mike while pursuing his MFA in Science and Natural History Filmmaking and brings a professional filmmaker's organization, sensibility, and documentary flavor to RAM's work. Henry is primarily responsible for film production, planning and equipment.
